It is the explicit and sole responsibility of the purchaser to have knowledge of and comply with any applicable State, Federal, Local and international laws involving their purchase of a Hutton’s Edge. The purchaser acknowledges sole responsibility and agrees to indemnify Hutton’s Edge Knives, LLC for all claims or damages caused by violating any applicable State, Federal, or local laws and regulations. The owner explicitly accepts not to hold Hutton’s Edge Knives LLC responsible for the misuse of any Hutton’s Edge knife whether acquired directly from Hutton’s Edge or indirectly from a reseller. The Owner further agrees to waive claims against any persons connected with Hutton’s Edge Knives, LLC for any injuries the owner may sustain using the Hutton’s Edge in any way, including deployment.
